Mama Bear Yoga
(Children 6 Months to 5 Years and their Caregiver)
It’s time for Mama Bear, and her cub to romp and play! Little Bears love to move, sing, and explore and that is exactly what we do in class. Mama Bear Yoga uses a combination of poses with the caregiver along with independent poses, all paired with songs, rhymes, and creative movement to foster independence, physical development, and social-emotional development. Get ready for a wild good time!
(Kindergarten – 3rd Graders)
Yogi Friends will improve strength, flexibility, and coordination. Children will learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun and challenging poses, partner and group poses, lots of yoga games as well as centering breathing techniques to improve focus.
Free to Be Me Yogis
Young yogis build strength and flexibility with physically challenging postures and flowing sequences.
