Align and Flow 1

This class is designed to help you build a greater sense of alignment in your practice. We move at a slower pace to allow for ample time to make adjustments and build strength and balance within the postures. This is especially helpful for those who are recovering from an injury or dealing with an ailment and need a movement practice that feels more healing. Class will begin with a short meditation, followed by an intentional practice that will leave you feeling more aligned in body and mind. This class is for all levels; props including chairs are available. Beginner & Senior Friendly.

Align and Flow 2

Align & Flow Level 1 and 2 combine your vinyasa practice with a bit more focus on strengthening and lengthening the muscles. Expect to sweat and move in an entirely different way as you focus on balance and alignment. Level 1 class is good for all levels; level 2 will feature more advanced variations as well as inversions, arm balances, and deeper backbends.

Gentle Flow and Restore

This slow and meditative movement class incorporates the movement of a vinyasa flow with some longer holds to create a calm and meditative experience. You'll begin class with a 40-minute flow warm-up and finish with a 20-minute restorative practice. Class is for all levels.

Hatha Yoga

This all-levels class will lead you through a guided classical asana practice focusing on an extended warm-up sequence, simple standing postures, and basic variations of such key postures as shoulder stand, forward bends, backbends, and twists. We will close class with an extended deep healing relaxation. This class incorporates a variety of yoga lineages and will be infused with dharma, mantra, and more.

Heated Vinyasa

Vinyasa yoga, also known as flow yoga, is designed to connect postures to one another, creating an invigorating and somewhat exhilarating flow. The class is heated to 90 degrees. You can expect strength-building postures, repetition, and movement—many students find vinyasa, and the continuous flow to be their own moving meditation.

Hot Power Yoga

Held in a 90-degree room, this class utilizes vinyasa sequencing as well as cardio bursts and additional strength work for a dynamic and transformative practice. Students are encouraged to work toward their edge while also listening to their bodies and modifying as necessary. This class is for all levels; some yoga experience is recommended.

Iyengar Yoga

Iyengar is a specific lineage of hatha yoga that focuses on proper alignment and precise technique. Class is taught with longer holds and the extensive use of props and combines asanas (poses) and pranayama (breath) to build strength, stamina, and flexibility. This class is all levels; beginner friendly.

Mom and Me Yoga

Mom & Me allows both moms and their littles time to practice together in a fun environment. This class will include movement, games, meditation, breathwork and a lot of giggles. All caregivers are welcome. (And if your little is asleep during the practice, more yoga for you!)

Prenatal Yoga

There are so many benefits to practicing yoga during pregnancy. Set aside some time to concentrate on you and your pregnancy while preparing for your baby's birth. Prenatal yoga will help you build lower body strength, tone your pelvic floor, open tight muscles and prepare you mentally for childbirth and motherhood. This class is appropriate for expecting moms, those trying to conceive and postpartum moms.

Restorative and Sound Healing

This gentle class is perfect for when you're feeling stressed, overworked or struggling to sleep. We will utilize props and stay close to the floor throughout the practice; the postures are held for longer periods of time (anywhere from 5-15 minutes) with the support of blankets, blocks, and bolsters. During the practice, we will incorporate sound healing to bathe your entire body in the healing effects of sound. Restorative yoga will give your body the space to soften, and your mind the space to release. This class is for all levels and is prenatal-friendly.

Yin

This gentle class focuses on releasing the fascia and connective tissue in the body, which can help boost the immune system and increase the body's natural relaxation response. In a yin practice, you will remain on the floor holding postures for several minutes in a supportive and passive way. This practice emphasizes stillness and silence and is a great preparation for meditation. This class is for all levels.
