In-Studio Classes are located at 3432 Sweet Air Road in Phoenix, MD across from the Safeway Manor Shopping Center. Follow the sidewalk on the left side of the building to the rear entrance. We can’t wait to welcome you!

Please bring your own mat and water bottle (props are provided or you may bring your own). Pre-register online up to 7 days in advance. We understand things come up, but please cancel your registration at least 2 hours in advance to avoid a $10 late cancelation fee.

Online classes are live-streamed off-site using the Zoom app. These classes are not hybrid and are not available in person at the studio. You may pre-register up to 7 days in advance. Zoom links will be emailed. Check your spam folder if you have not received the link 15 minutes before class time.
