Our NEW studio is located at 3432 Sweet Air Road in Phoenix, MD across from the Manor Shopping Center. Follow the sidewalk on the left side of the building to the rear entrance.

Please bring your own mat, props, and water bottle and pre-register online up to 7 days in advance. We can’t wait to welcome you!
