300-Hour Advanced Teacher Training
(Coming 2024)
In this 300-hour advanced-level training you will cultivate a fresh perspective and a new-found curiosity for your teaching. The training will deepen your sadhana, strengthen your asana practice and use the beginner’s mind Buddhist theory to bring a fresh perspective and advanced skills as teachers. This program will continue your 200-hour journey as you have time to dive deeper into such topics as sequencing, hands-on assists, storytelling and cultivating theme, subtle body yoga, yoga therapeutics, energetics in asana and much more. At the end of this program you will have completed a full 500-hour training and be qualified to register with Yoga Alliance.

8 (15-hour) monthly studio immersion weekends = 120 contact hours
4 day yoga retreat = 40 contact hours
Yoga Humanities Online Course = 30 contact hours
Anatomy and Physiology Online Course = 30 contact hours
25 (2-hour) Zoom Calls = 50 contact hours
Personal study (reading, assignments, projects, quizzes) = 30 non-contact hours
300 hours total

Location
Teacher training is held at our yoga studio in Phoenix, MD.
The final weekend immersion will take place at the Ojas Retreat Center in Southern California.

Advanced teacher training program
Razz Yoga is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance, which designates this teacher training program as one which follows Yoga Alliance’s standards. Students who complete a verified training with this school may be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs).
