Our diverse class lineup offers something for every intention: Align + Flow 1 invites gentle, intentional movement with props and meditation—ideal for healing and alignment—while Align + Flow 2 elevates your vinyasa practice with strength, flexibility and balanced progression. Community Yoga brings rotating, freshly graduated instructors to share their unique styles and both Flow + Restore and Flow + Yin masterfully blend movement with stillness to melt away tension and foster calm.
Our broader offerings range from restorative and grounding practices like Gentle Hatha, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra and Somatic Yoga, to invigorating, dynamic styles such as Warm Flow, Hot Flow, Yoga Sculpt and Hot Pilates. Yin and restorative classes tap into deep connective tissue and regulate the nervous system, helping reduce stress, enhance sleep, and promote emotional balance.
