I had a wonderful experience completing my RYT-200 at Razz with Lauren O'Brien. Lauren was a wonderful instructor who truly caed about the integrity of the yoga practice and communicated that to her students. I really increased my knowledge of yoga and am confident incorporating yoga it into my OT practice on a regular basis! Loved Razz, Heather, and Lauren. They were all wonderful!
