Lauren O'Brien is one of a kind. She is not just an incredibly skilful yoga teacher but an open minded and hearted human being beyond belief. Lauren delivers exactly what she promises: to make you find your own voice as a yoga teacher and to be confident to put a class together by the end of her Intensive Teacher Training. I am thankful and grateful to have completed my RYT 200 With Lauren O' Brien. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone interested becoming a yoga teacher.
