This was a transformational experience for me.  The spiritual connection between the pranayama, meditation and asana practice was an awakening that I will carry the rest of my life.  I have started a daily practice that is more fulfilling than most classes.  And I have the confidence from my knowledge and practice that I could teach most class levels.  The love, energy and community of the program was world class.  In my opinion Gabrielle is one of the best teachers anywhere.    And this is the testimony of a 64 year old so this is a program for all ages.
