What is Razz LIVE?
Razz LIVE are online virtual yoga classes led by Razz Yoga instructors. It allows you to practice live with a Razz instructor and other community yogis no matter where you are. We’re offering 1-2 live-streamed classes per day with the schedule set every week.
What’s the difference between Razz LIVE and Razz On-Demand?
Razz LIVE offers live stream classes during which the instructor is right there live with you on screen. It offers virtual classes.
Razz On-Demand offers pre-recorded classes by Razz instructors only. There is no live instruction or interaction. New videos are added weekly and include a variety of styles and length of times. You can access on your own time, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Whether you have 15 minutes or an hour to practice, want a guided meditation of a full vinyasa flow, we have something for everyone.
What do I need to be able use Razz LIVE?
Razz LIVE classes are live streamed through your computer, tablet or phone via Zoom, a videoconference application. Zoom works with all major mobile devices and most computers (Windows, Mac and Linux). Zoom can use a microphone or webcam, but neither is required to attend a Razz LIVE class.
How do I take a Razz LIVE class?
All Razz LIVE classes are listed on the Razz website class schedule and Mindbody. You sign up like you would an in-person class, using the virtual membership to register.
At the time of registering, you will receive an email confirmation. This email does NOT contain the link.
About 15 minutes and again 5 minutes before your class time, you’ll receive an additional email with a unique URL that’s just for you. Since the email is sent 15 minutes before class, you must book AT LEAST 15 minutes before class.
Clicking that URL in the email will take you to a virtual video conference call, where our instructor will be live streaming from their home or studio. (Note: For your first Razz LIVE class, you will be prompted to download Zoom if you do not already have it on your computer or phone)
What happens after I book a Razz LIVE class?
After booking a class, you’ll receive an email confirming your reservation. About 15 minutes before class time, you’ll receive an email that contains the link to the live stream.
I booked a class, but can’t find the email with the link to it.
If it is less than 15 minutes before class and you haven’t received the link, check your Spam/Junk/Promotions folders in your email. The email is sent from Razz Yoga- email@example.com as the sender, so be sure you’re looking for that. If you still can’t find it, email us or text 1-410-376-5307 and we’ll send you the link directly. We have someone ready to reply to emails prior to all live classes.
Is there a certain time I must book the class by?
An email with the link to class will be sent 15 minutes before class, so please book AT LEAST 15 minutes before class.
I booked a class, but can’t make it anymore. What should I do?
We know your schedules are more unpredictable than ever right now! We do ask that if you can, please cancel so we aren’t worrying that something has gone wrong technologically.
What platform does Razz LIVE use?
Our video streaming platform is built on Zoom, video conferencing call software. We use a third party program to easily tie Mindbody and Zoom so you get a seamless experience.
What is a Razz LIVE class like?
A Razz LIVE class is similar to an in-person yoga class. You’ll have an instructor leading the class, calling out cues and demonstrating as needed. There may be music, depending on the instructor and class.
Will I be able to talk to the instructor?
If time permits, you may be able to talk to the instructor before class, but during the class, all student microphones will be muted to provide the best yoga experience possible and ensure everyone can hear the instructor. There is a chat feature that you are able to use to comment in as well. When class ends, microphones can be unmuted to ask questions and to chat with other attendees who have enabled their video and microphone.
I’m a Razz Yoga Virtual Weekly member, can I use Razz LIVE?
Yes! Razz LIVES are treated just like in-person classes, so an unlimited membership provides unlimited Razz LIVE classes.

I have a 10 class pass, can I use Razz LIVE?

Is there a waitlist or class size limit for Razz LIVE?
Classes are capped at 100 people, so we don’t anticipate a waitlist, but if that becomes an issue, we have options to increase that cap.
Can someone else do the Razz LIVE class with me?
YES if they are in your household! We encourage members of your family, including pets, to practice with you J. However, the Zoom link is private to your log in and we ask that you do not share that special link with others outside of your family.
I can’t make it to the LIVE class, can I view the recording later?
Most LIVE classes are recorded and stored in our RAZZ On-Demand video library. If the class was recorded, it may take several days or up to a week to be posted. We cannot guarantee all LIVE classes will be recorded but there is a large selection of classes available.
How do I access Razz Yoga On-Demand?
When you first subscribe by purchasing and agreeing to the terms of the weekly membership, you will receive an email with the link and password to access Razz On-Demand.
I did not receive instructions for logging into Razz Yoga On-Demand or I lost the password, what should I do?
The private link and password will be sent at the time and purchase. The password is updated weekly and sent via email to current subscribers on Mondays as the subscription renews. Check for an email from firstname.lastname@example.org in your spam or promotions folder. If you still did not receive it, send us a request and we will get the information to you.
A special request for compassion….Razz Yoga went virtual very abruptly and without prior experience or training. We are also operating on a limited budget as we still have brick and mortar expenses, new video hosting platforms, teacher payroll, insurance, etc. Please be patient and considerate of our learning curve and any technical difficulties. We are not a professional recording studio and most offerings are occurring from our homes. We are here for our community during these challenging times and welcome new clients! Razz Yoga Virtual Studio is the same warm, welcoming environment with yoga classes led by awesome, experienced instructors. Namaste
