Our class schedule is posted online. Pre-registration is available and will hold your spot, but it is not mandatory.
Bring a yoga mat, towel and water. We do loan yoga mats to new clients free of charge. Props and mat cleaner are available for client use.
Wear comfortable, athletic style clothing. Clients typically wear stretchy pants/shorts and a tank top. Our heated classes are warmed to approximately 90 degrees.
Avoid wearing perfumes or strong scented colognes and body sprays.
Upon entering the front door, remove your shoes. There are cubbies to hold your shoes and personal belongings. The front door will be locked 10 minutes after class starts. It is suggested that clients leave their valuables locked in their car. Cell phones are not permitted in the studio area.
Arrive at least 10 minutes before the class is scheduled to start. Sign in and settle your account at the front desk before setting up your mat in the studio. A restroom and changing room are available. Please help yourself to a water bottle.
Enter the studio space quietly. It is fine to chat quietly, but be mindful that others may be meditating and preparing for their practice.
Our classes are meant to be all-level. If a pose is too difficult or you need a rest, take child’s pose or a more basic variation. The teacher will offer you the option to take a more advanced variation when appropriate.
Your final relaxation in Savasana is an important part of your practice. Don’t plan to leave class early. If you must, tell the teacher in advance and quietly leave before Savasana.
Our teachers are highly trained and knowledgeable. Feel free to ask questions before or after class.
