After a fulfilling career in special education, Heather felt inspired to bring an inclusive, compassionate studio to the rural area of Phoenix, MD. She opened Razz Yoga and completed her 200 hour training in 2015. Heather has remained a devoted student. Currently, she’s immersing herself in Sri Dharma Mittra's Life of a Yogi Teacher Training and is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. In her classes, Heather seeks to create a warm, safe environment to help you find peace and joy in your practice.       <image:caption>Yoga has been a part of Heather’s life for over 20 years, and her practice has helped her physically and emotionally, both on and off the mat. Yoga allows Heather to live each moment more mindfully. After a fulfilling career in special education, Heather felt inspired to bring an inclusive, compassionate studio to the rural area of Phoenix, MD. She opened Razz Yoga and completed her 200 hour training in 2015. Heather has remained a devoted student. Currently, she’s immersing herself in Sri Dharma Mittra's Life of a Yogi Teacher Training and is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. In her classes, Heather seeks to create a warm, safe environment to help you find peace and joy in your practice. Her hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.</image:caption>

As a 500 RYT and Registered Nurse with 14 years of experience teaching private lessons, Julie specializes in working with clients who have chronic illnesses or physical limitations. Her intention is to ensure that every student feels welcomed, safe, and comfortable in her classes.</image:caption>
